A small non-profit organization needed a CRM system to help manage their business. They received free licenses from a major CRM platform. They were struggling with implementation of the licenses and needed help. We spent some time reviewing their needs and organizational capabilities. We quickly realized that we needed to take a step back and assess other CRM platforms including a Total Cost of Ownership. In the end, the organization, selected a different CRM solution that was more user friendly with a lower TCO that was better suited to their organization.
